There are lots of ways to share your events, training sessions, or how to documentation with other users in your organization. Office 365 gives us Stream for sharing videos and meetings that are recorded with Teams, OneDrive for a place to call your own in the cloud as well as backup important folders on your laptop so you never have to worry about where a file might be. Finally we get SharePoint, the cloud storage system that empowers all other Office 365 cloud offerings and offers us an intranet in a box, along with document and knowledge management services.
What really stands out about using SharePoint is the ability to quickly create content. Looking beyond the basics of uploading or working with documents in Office 365 apps like Word or PowerPoint, we can work with almost any kind of file. SharePoint even has special types of folders for videos or images, a form to collect feedback, and the ability to tag these files with important bits of information about the file, think hashtags on social media but for the corporate world.
